"Bother," said Pooh, as he noticed the giant meteor heading straight for the Earth, so big it would knock the Earth off-orbit, and change the Earth's course to heading straight for the Sun where it would first crash into Mercury, splitting the already-damaged Earth into millions of tiny pieces which would individualy become engulfed by the Sun.

"Bother !" said Pooh coming downstairs now, bump, bump, bump, on the back of his head, behind Christopher. It is, as far as he knows, the only way of coming downstairs, but sometimes he feels that there really is another way, if only Christopher could stop bumping for a moment and think of it.
