Mac GUI City takes seriously the privacy of its users, members, customers, subscribers, and others who visit and use www.macgui.com (collectively or individually, "Users"). Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.

Information Collection and Use

General

Mac GUI City collects personal information when you register with Mac GUI City, when you use Mac GUI City products or services, and when you visit Mac GUI City pages.

When you register we ask for information such as your name and email address. When you register with Mac GUI City and log in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. In addition, you may choose to send private messages to other Mac GUI City Users or to post certain information to your public "profile" on Mac GUI City such as your date of birth, general location, interests, occupation, web site URLs, videos, blogs, IM addresses, and comments. If you wish to use Mac GUI City to send and receive email as well as host a web site, we ask for further information such as your postal address and telephone number.

Mac GUI City automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Mac GUI City cookie information, and the page you request.

Mac GUI City uses the information that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide to you all of the features and services found on Mac GUI City . We will use your email address, without further consent, for administrative purposes such as sending you account activation and "welcome" emails, notifying you of major Mac GUI City updates, for customer service purposes, to address copyright infringement issues, or to contact you regarding any Mac GUI City activities in which you are presently participating.

Children

Mac GUI City is not for persons under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then you are not allowed to register an account with Mac GUI City.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Mac GUI City does not rent, sell, or share or in any other way disclose personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.

Cookies

Mac GUI City may set and access Mac GUI City cookies on your computer. Mac GUI City uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to Mac GUI City. Persistent cookies can be removed. Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

You can edit your Mac GUI City Account Information at any time.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Mac GUI City service, such as service announcements and administrative messages, that are considered part of your Mac GUI City account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

You can request to have your Mac GUI City account removed, thus removing all stored information concerning you, by contacting a Mac GUI City Administrator.

International Visitors

Mac GUI City is hosted in the United States and is intended for United States visitors. If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States and by providing your personal data you consent to that transfer.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Mac GUI City may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Mac GUI City account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
